Our Story

After moving to Florida from a Philadelphia suburb, Evan, founder and creator noticed what he considered, a huge void in the community. Italian Ice was a hometown staple throughout his childhood. The desire to bring Italian Ices to the area paved way for Cecilie’s Gourmet Italian Ices to open its first store, in Coral Springs in 1995. Ever since then, Evan has been providing customers with some of the finest flavors, extraordinary textures, and most unique taste combinations available anywhere. 


With a flair for experimentation along with suggestions from customers, the recipe book has grown to over 200 flavor varieties which have been developed to please any palate in every age group. Cecilie’s Ices are made in-house in small batches; the old-fashioned way.


Whether you like traditional Lemon or chocolate, the fun flavors of Cotton Candy or Watermelon, or the sophistication of Cheesecake, Vanilla Chip or Cappuccino Heathbar Crunch, Cecilie’s Ices are a refreshing and tasty way to enjoy a great day.

 

 

Our Approach

As dessert loving people, it came natural to want to share our creations with as many people as possible. To this day, all of our Italian Ices are made in small batches, to ensure that every bite you take is exactly the same as you last remembered it.
